We were just really impressed by the friendliness and excellent service from all the staffs... The location is great... Its in the heart of Soho.... The roomwas near and cozy... Definitely will come back to this hotel the next time we are in town... :D

The Broome is a lovely, comfortable boutique hotel. Our room was small (it's NYC, not complaining!) but comfortable and the bathroom was gorgeous. The inner courtyard felt like a special hideaway and the complimentary breakfast set up was a treat - the staff person who manages the breakfast and makes coffee drinks to order was especially lovely. Bonus is that SoHo Bubble Spa next door is an excellent nail salon where I was able to get a last minute mani/pedi before an event.

Perfect location! Very very close to all the shops I want to visit in SOHO area. I can easily drop my shopping bags back to the room, rest and continue the travel. Love it! I had breakfast and coffee in the hotel and feels very much like holiday staying in a place like this.

The staff were very gracious. The room was comfortable, especially the bed and linens. The location was perfect. It was very safe and accessible to restaurants, cafes, bars.

A hotel with a great SoHo atmosphere, the room was spacious and convenient with good beddings. An excellent breakfast was supplied at the nearby Citizen cafe.

My partner and I stayed in the Penthouse suite for our 8night stay in New York. The room had everything we wanted from good storage, great huge bathroom, fridge, basically everything you can’t find in an nyc accomodation. The breakfast was amazing and coffee was great too. Location was also perfect for our dream soho stay!! The courtyard was great too. We were there in the middle of winter and coming from Australian summer, the temp was freezing for us so we didn’t use it much, but it was great to get some fresh air and also to be able to experience the snow fall on a rooftop 😊

We had a wonderful stay at the Broome Hotel! the property is in the heart of My favorite part of the city, central to SOHO, little Italy, Nolita, Greenwhich Village. for just a short two day trip the location couldn’t had been more convenient for our needs. The complimentary breakfast was just enough to start each day, offered in the sweetest Parisian cafe style setting. There is also an open air courtyard that adds a nice touch. Easily found on street parking right in front! it’s not a crazy busy street but still so close to everything. The Broome offered subtle sophistication with an old world touch that is becoming a rare find!

In a great central location in the heart of soho, but super quiet. The bed was very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and they kindly let us check in early as the room was already available; was the perfect start to the stay after a morning flight!
